Accidental Duplicate Purchase: * If you accidentally purchase the exact same music track or album multiple times within a short period (e.g., within 24 hours). * To be eligible, the duplicate purchase must not have been downloaded or extensively accessed. We reserve the right to verify download history.
2.3. Product Not as Described: * If the music file you purchased is demonstrably different from the product description (e.g., incorrect artist, incorrect track, significantly lower audio quality than advertised, corrupted file). * Minor variations in mix or master due to artistic choice are generally not considered “not as described.”
2.4. Unauthorized Purchase/Fraudulent Activity: * If an unauthorized purchase was made from your account without your consent (e.g., fraudulent use of your payment method). * In such cases, you must report the issue to us immediately and provide any requested documentation from your bank or payment processor.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be granted under these circumstances:
3.1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase after the music has been delivered. 3.2. Incompatibility: If the music file is incompatible with your specific device or software, and this information was either clearly stated on the product page or could have reasonably been ascertained by you prior to purchase. 3.3. Partial Consumption: If you have successfully downloaded and consumed a significant portion of the purchased music. 3.4. Purchase from Third-Party Retailers: This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Qodesh Music. If you purchased our music from another platform (e.g., iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music), you must refer to their respective refund policies.

6. No Physical Returns
As we deal exclusively with digital products, there are no physical products to return. Do not attempt to return any physical media, as it will not be accepted or refunded.
